Effectvive immediatly Carr customers may sign up for either bill pay by credit card, or Electonic funds transfer. For automatic payment by credit card, please call one of our representatives at 231-898-2244 to sign up. DSL service upgrade complete!
Improvements have been made to enhance CARR DSL. Subscribers experiencing any speed issues now should contact our office ASAP for resolution. Basic installation with ADSL2 modem is $129.00* as of May 1, 2013 (*applicable taxes and fees may apply)

This has greatly improved the quality of the picture and sound for these channels. Carr Communications continues to upgrade our facility in order to serve you better.
