Voice Mail: This feature is available to record messages received from callers when you are unavailable. No other equipment is necessary i.e. answering machine.
Instructions for use:
Listen for the dial tone and then press *09 for complete instructions.
To retrieve messages press *09 and follow the prompts.
To listen to your messages from another location (Remote access) Dial your phone number wait for the message to begin and press * and follow the prompts.
Call Waiting: This feature when added to your line will alert you to another incoming call.
Instructions for use: Simply press the “off hook” button on your phone or follow the instructions for your specific type of phone.
To remove call waiting - before placing a call press *70 listen for confirmation tones and dial tone, then dial the number. If another call attempts to dial your number they will hear a busy signal and you will not be notified of the incoming call.
Call Forwarding: This feature allows you to forward incoming calls to another location
Instructions for use:
Listen for dial tone and then press 72, listen for confirmation tones followed by dial tone. Dial the number that calls will be forwarded to and listen for confirmation tones. Please note that you may need to include a 1 plus the area code.
To remove call forwarding, press *73
Call Forward on Busy: This feature will forward your incoming calls to another number of your choosing.
Instructions for use:
Listen for dial tone and then press *90, listen for confirmation tones followed by dial tone. Dial the phone number you will be forwarding calls to and listen for confirmation tones. Please note that you may need to include a 1 plus the area code.
To remove this feature press *91
Call Forward on No Answer: This feature will forward incoming calls to another number when you do not answer the phone.
Instructions for use:
Listen for dial tone, press *92 listen for confirmation tones followed by a dial tone. Dial the number where call will be forwarded and listen for confirmation tones.
Please note a 1 and the area code may be needed.
To remove this feature press *93
Caller Id Block: Will not allow your name and number to appear on another display device. This feature works on a call by call basis.
Instructions for use:
Listen for dial tone and press *67 listen for confirmation tones followed by a dial tone and then dial the number of the party you wish to call.
To remove this feature press *82 wait for confirmation tone and dial tone
